Sponsorship Request

At Russell Agency, we believe in providing tailored insurance solutions with unmatched service and transparency. We also believe in supporting the families and communities we serve. That’s why we’re proud to sponsor local clubs, schools, and charitable organizations through sponsorship advertising.

Because we receive so many requests each year, we ask that you follow the guidelines below and complete the Sponsorship Application Form.

Guidelines

  • Please submit all requests through the Sponsorship Request Form below.
  • Request must be received at least 30 days before your deadline. Recipients are chosen at random on March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15.
    • If your event falls before these dates, we may have to decline your request. However, you are encouraged to apply for a later quarter.
  • Please submit only one request per year.
  • Please do not call the office regarding your request. We will contact the individual or organizations selected at each quarterly deadline.
  • Priority is given to active clients with Russell Agency. While we cannot support every request, we truly value your application.
